Guidance through Grief Series A 6-week structured education & support group designed for grieving adults jointly offered by Central Maine Medical Center & Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice. Held 3 times/year at either CMMC or AHCH. Contact Jim Douglas, 777-7740.

Open Support Group For anyone who has lost a loved one. St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Club 50 Room (Campus Cuisine), 2nd & 4th Wed/month, 6:00-7:30 p.m (EXCEPT Dec-held on the Wednesday before the holiday). Contact SMRMC Chaplain’s office, 777-8520.
Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group CMMC: 2nd Tuesday every other month, Conf Room C, 7:00-8:30 p.m.; St. Mary’s: 3rd Tues/month, 7:00-8:30 p.m. Facilitators for both are Tammy Brule and Leanne Langlois, Certified Perinatal Grief Support Specialist, 777-4300.

Survivors of Suicide 8-week support group for those who have lost a loved one to suicide, offered by Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice. Contact Jim Douglas, 777-7740.
