We want to recognize your fundraising efforts! The Dempsey Challenge will recognize top fundraisers through awards, as well individual fundraising incentives.
Please pay special attention to deadlines.
Please note, registration fees and the Positive Tracks match do not count towards fundraising minimum or incentives.

The Dempsey Challenge will recognize outstanding individual and team efforts during the Saturday night Champions for Hope Celebration. Each winner will receive two tickets to the Celebration where they will receive their award from someone who has utilized Dempsey Center services.
Above award winners will be selected based upon their fundraising status as of Friday, September 23 at 4:30 p.m. EST (please see deadline information).
NEW FOR 2016: The Dempsey Challenge VIP program includes new amenities for the $3,000, $5,000 and $10,000 fundraising levels! Please see the table below for all fundraising incentives, including our new VIP levels!
Signs of Hope & Healing are an important reminder of what the Dempsey Challenge and Dempsey Center are all about – showing support for or remembrance of those impacted by cancer. Dempsey Challenge participants that raise $200 or more are entitled to submit a sign at no cost. All others may submit a sign with a $75 donation.

Please note: After the weekend, signs will be available for retrieval at the Dempsey Center until October 28. At that time, all remaining Signs of Hope & Healing will be recycled.
All funds must be received by the Development Office by the deadline date and time.
Monday, August 1, 4:30 p.m. EST
Deadline to receive your custom event cycling jersey or performance running shirt prior to the event ($1,000 raised). Those who meet the $1,000 level after August 1 will receive their jersey or shirt via postal mail post-event (please note this may take 10-12 weeks for production and shipping).
Friday, September 23, 4:30 p.m. EST
Deadline to receive a fundraising award (please see above list of awards), as well as tickets to the Champions for Hope Celebration ($3,000 raised) and tickets for the VIP Private Reception presented by Tag Heuer with Patrick Dempsey ($10,000 raised). All award winners will be notified via email or phone.

EST Final fundraising incentive deadline for all other incentive items listed below. Items may be retrieved at the Incentives table in the Registration Tent, or post-event at the Dempsey Center. In the event you are unable to pick up your item(s), please contact us and we’ll gladly send via postal mail.
If you are mailing donations, please choose a shipping method that will ensure that the package will be received by the deadline date; please also alert the Development Office at 207-795-2950 if you are mailing donations close to a deadline.
