DESCRIPTION:Please join us for an opportunity to lean into the stillness of the season. We invite you to prioritize rest and open yourself to renewal through body-based guided imagery with some time for reflection and discussion. Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket with you. You are also invited to bring your own journal if you have one. Journals will be provided to anyone in need. During guided imagery\, participants may choose between an anti-gravity chair\, standard chair\, or yoga mat and we invite you to bring any other support items you find helpful (bolsters\, meditation cushions\, etc.).
