DESCRIPTION:Strength After Breast Cancer (SABC) is an 8-week exercise program open to clients with any cancer diagnosis in active or post-treatment. Presented by Seacoast Hand Therapy\, this series is designed to teach individuals about the benefits of slow\, progressive exercise and how it can reduce the onset and/or severity of lymphedema.
