DESCRIPTION:The Living Beyond Breast Cancer Survivorship series provides tips and tools to help you cope with your diagnosis and common side effects\, build confidence\, and empower you to take charge of your health.\nThis series provides tools to navigate the long-term effects of treatment and addresses the unique survivorship issues for young women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer under age 45.\n\nSelf-Care after Breast Cancer\nYou have been through a lot. During this session\, you will learn ways to take care of yourself physically\, mentally and spiritually. In this session\, we will discuss the important role exercise\, nutrition\, alcohol consumption and cancer and genetic screening can play in your health. We will also discuss how you can get the emotional support you need.\n\nLed by Sonya Perkins with Northern Light Mercy Cancer Care.\n\nOpen to the public and targeted toward women with a breast cancer diagnosis.
