Inspired by the ocean’s ever-changing rhythm\, this session invites participants to paint ocean-themed designs onto smooth rocks.\nAs we create\, we’ll reflect on the emotional tides we each experience\, recognizing both the peaceful lulls and powerful surges that shape our journeys.
