You will be led into a variety of restorative yoga postures\, and while you breathe\, stretch and relax\, you’ll receive gentle hand\, foot\, back and neck massage from a member of our massage team. This unique combination offers a chance for profound relaxation\, comfort\, and rejuvenation.\nNo prior experience with yoga or massage is necessary\, however\, participants must be able to transition from floor to standing.\n\nLed by Maggie Miller and Kelli DuBose. \nOpen to Dempsey Center clients in active or post treatment.

DESCRIPTION:Work\, relationships\, sexuality\, intimacy\, finances\, family\, parenting\, college…adulting is just different with a cancer diagnosis. This group is a place for young adults at any point in their cancer journey to connect and socialize with others who understand the challenges of diagnosis\, treatment\, and survivorship. We share stories\, struggles and laughter and identify ways to cope day to day.\nLed by Kristen Breault\, LCSW and Libby Gordon\, Volunteer Support Group Facilitator.\nOpen to adult Dempsey Center clients ages 18-40ish with a cancer diagnosis\, at any point in their cancer journey.\nParticipants must be residents of Maine.
