You will be guided into a variety of supported yoga postures\, and while you relax into the poses and receive gentle hand\, foot\, back and neck massage from a member of our massage team. This unique combination offers a chance for profound relaxation\, comfort\, and rejuvenation.\n\nNo prior experience with yoga or massage is necessary.\nModifications can be made for clients who find it challenging to transition from floor to standing.\n\nLed by Liz Como and Bambi Brousseau.\n\nOpen to all Dempsey Center adult clients.
