This four-part nutrition workshop will teach you ways to reduce your risk of cancer and other chronic diseases. Featured topics include: The Anti-Inflammatory Diet, Eating for a Healthy Heart, Using Herbs and Spices, and Adding Color to Your Plate. You’ll also learn about current nutrition research as it relates to cancer and overall health.
Led by Judy Donnelly, RDN, LD, each class includes cooking demonstrations and tasting opportunities.
