This workshop includes gentle yoga, meditation, mindful drawing, journal writing, sharing in pairs, and gentle somatic yoga/dance. Benefits of this class include increased relaxation, reduced stress, connection with the body’s wisdom, an increased ability to stay in the present moment with a feeling of safety, and connecting with others in a way that reduces isolation.
Designed for cancer patients, caregivers, and survivors, this class is good for all ability levels. Journals are provided to each participant.
