This six-week series of interactive cooking instruction classes is led by a chef and a trained nutrition educator. You will learn how to prepare simple, healthy, affordable, and delicious meals at home. In each class, you’ll cook a delicious meal, eat with other class participants, and then receive the ingredients to make it again at home. Upon completion of the series, you will receive a recipe book.
