Creating Calm: Self Reflection Through Meditative Painting – Lewiston

Let intuition be your guide in this expressive arts workshop and learn more about yourself in the process. The class begins with guided meditation to set the stage, then group members paint in silence, using acrylics on canvas. The session closes with optional sharing time. Meditative painting can help you experience relaxation and deepen your creative process. No painting experience is necessary and all supplies are provided.
