Fit to Dance – South Portland

Fit to Dance is a unique combination of Dance Aerobics and Strength Training. Join us for this powerful way to burn calories, achieve good posture, and stay injury free. The fun dance routines stimulate the production of neurochemicals that promote brain cell repair, improves memory and boosts energy levels, keeping you healthy and happy.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
