Fit to Dance – South Portland

Fit to Dance is a unique combination of Dance Aerobics and Strength Training. Join us for this powerful way to burn calories, achieve good posture, and stay injury-free.

The fun dance routines stimulate the production of neurochemicals that promote brain cell repair, improves memory and boosts energy levels, keeping you healthy and happy.

This is a drop-in class. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5:30 – 6:30 PM

There will be no class on December 24, 26, and 31, 2019.
