Fit to Dance is a unique combination of Dance Aerobics and Strength Training. Join us for this powerful way to burn calories, achieve good posture, and stay injury-free. The fun dance routines stimulate the production of neurochemicals that promote brain cell repair, improves memory and boosts energy levels, keeping you healthy and happy.
