Regular exercise is good for your mind and body. Exercise can help fight fatigue, boost your energy level, support your immune system, relieve stress and tension, make your muscles and heart stronger, improve balance and help you sleep better. This one hour class will provide you with all the fundamentals of an exercise program adapting it to meet the needs of varying levels of fitness with a warm-up, aerobic activity including walking movements in place, core and strength training exercises finishing with a cooldown/stretch. Please wear comfortable clothes and supportive shoes/sneakers and have a sturdy chair and non-slip surface.
