From Cancer To Health: A Stress Management And Coping Intervention Program – Lewiston

This 8 week series is an evidenced-based program designed by Ohio State University and supported by the National Cancer Institute and the American Cancer Society. Their research shows that the skills and strategies patients learn in this program help them to reduce stress, improve coping skills, and strengthen their social support system, while minimizing physical side effects from treatment.

Thursdays, October 25 thru December 20, 2018 – 1:00 – 2:30 pm. No class on Thanksgiving day.

Appropriate for cancer patients recently diagnosed and those currently in treatment
