This 6 week course will introduce you to the practice of Mindfulness and give you tools that can help: Reduce stress and anxiety, Improve well-being, Enhance resiliency at home and work, Improve focus and concentration, Live life with more ease and less reactivity. Based on the principal of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), each class will consist of guided instruction in mindfulness and meditation, gentle stretching and discussions. Attendance at all 6 sessions is recommended.
