Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course

This 8-week class is modeled on the program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD and the U MASS Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness. Studies show that consistent mindfulness practice can result in:

  • less anxiety and a greater sense of ease
  • enhanced concentration
  • improved relationships
  • greater resiliency at work and home

MBSR uses meditation, mindful movement, group discussion, and personal reflection to teach how to integrate mindfulness into everyday life
