Movement As Meditation – Lewiston

In this class we will explore the movements of daily living as simple meditations. By working with activities such as sitting, standing, walking, lying, resting and stretching in this way, it allows us to extend the quiet and calm that we feel in things such as prayer or meditation into our everyday lives and routines.

No experience with meditation necessary
