Pilates Yoga for Total Body Strength – Virtual

Experience the practice of Yoga with the added benefit of Pilates exercises to help you to build and develop core strength. The combination of these two practices lengthens and stretches major muscle groups in a balanced fashion. Improve flexibility, strength, balance, posture, body awareness, and stimulate the immune system through exercise, breathing, and mindfulness.

Led by Tish Caldwell, Movement + Fitness Coordinator, this online class is open to anyone registered for services at the Dempsey Center – cancer patients, caregivers, survivors, friends, and family. After a one-time sign up, you are free to drop into any dates you choose.
