Qi Gong for Health – Lewiston

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that can help you reduce stress, decrease joint pain, experience better physical functioning, and improve your balance. The class starts with a gentle warm up followed by movements designed to energize, harmonize and balance the body and mind. We close with a quiet and calming period of restoration.

January 18th will be an introductory class: 20 minutes sharing the concepts of Qi Gong and then a demonstration.

This is a drop-in class open to anyone age 16+ who has been impacted by cancer.
