Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gung) is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, stretching the body, increasing fluid movement and building awareness of how your body moves through space. This practice can help to reduce stress, decrease joint pain and improve balance.
Open to cancer patients, survivors and caregivers; good for all ages and ability levels.
