Slow Flow Yoga – Lewiston

Together we’ll explore gentle stretches and the breath to warm up the body, leading to standing poses with gentle movement helping to build body awareness ending with time in relaxation pose. Variations of each pose are taught to build confidence and energy in this supportive class.  No experience required.
