Slow Flow Yoga – Lewiston

Explore gentle stretches and your breath to warm up your body, leading to standing poses with gentle movement helping to build body awareness, ending with time in relaxation pose. Variations of each pose are taught to build confidence and energy in this supportive class.  No experience required. No registration required, this is a drop-in class.
