Space to Breathe

Space to Breathe is an adventure-based therapy program for teens ages 12-18 who have been impacted by a parent or sibling’s cancer. The program gives teens a change to challenge themselves and build resiliency while forging strong bonds with other teens who “get it.” The program is facilitated by both clinical counselors and professional wilderness guides.

Registration is limited to 18 teens on a first-come-first-served basis.

For more information or to register for Space to Breathe, please call Youth & Family Services Manager, Kailie Sullivan, LCSW, OSW-C at 207-795-8250.
