This four-week workshop offers a calming sequence of stretches and balance poses designed to involve every muscle group in the body.
With an emphasis on preparing your body and mind for a restful night’s sleep, we’ll move you through a steady flow that targets mindfulness and flexibility. The class incorporates strengthening poses, stretching, breath, and energy work and is taught with patience and humor by Jessamyn Schmidt.
Cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers will leave this class with tools you can use to support healthy sleep habits.
