Strong and Balanced Mat Workshop – South Portland

This four-week workshop with instructor Jessamyn Schmidt offers a challenging series of stretches, strengthening and balance poses designed to involve every muscle group in the body. With an emphasis on core strength we’ll move through a steady flow to target strength and flexibility. The class incorporates strengthening poses, stretching, breath and energy work and is taught with patience and humor.

This workshop is not recommended for people in active treatment but is good for people who are beyond treatment and caregivers.
