Surviving + Thriving – Fit for Life Series

The Surviving + Thriving Fit for Life series is designed for people who have recently completed cancer treatment and their caregivers.

Led by a certified personal trainer, this class prepares your body for the movements and activities of daily living like reaching, pulling, squatting, and lifting. You can rebuild your core and muscular strength while improving your balance, range of motion, and mobility. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes.
