Tai Chi for Balance – Lewiston

Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that combines gentle exercise, breathing practices,and meditation to bring about self-healing. It can be practiced by anyone of any age and level of ability.

This is a drop in class, registration is not required.

Open to: cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.
