Tai Chi + QiGong for Energy + Health – Virtual

Are you new to Tai Chi? This class is great for anyone, new or experienced. This class will emphasize the practice and cultivation of different exercises with a focus on building energy and health.  Potential benefits include improved balance, range of motion, and core strength, in addition to pain management and decreased stress and anxiety.

Led by Jason Ames, the founder and owner of Maine Center for Taijiquan & Qigong. This class will consist of 45 minutes of exercise followed by a time for discussion.  Open to adults who are registered as a client of the Dempsey Center. After a one-time registration, clients are welcome to drop in to any class. Limited to 25 attendees.
