Food is Medicine Workshop – Virtual

Thinking of your food as medicine can motivate you to eat well. Led by Judy Donnelly, RDN, LD, this four-part nutrition workshop teaches you how to reduce your risk of cancer and other chronic diseases.

Featured topics include:

  • The Anti-Inflammatory Diet
  • Eating for a Healthy Heart
  • Using Herbs and Spices
  • Adding Color to Your Plate

You’ll also learn about current nutrition research as it relates to cancer and overall health.

This workshop series is open to anyone registered as a Dempsey Center client and is limited to 30 people. To get the most from this course, attending all four sessions is strongly recommended. You will need access to the internet to attend this virtual workshop.
