Tai Chi + QiGong – Virtual

Led by instructor Jason Ames, this class is a great starting place for anyone new to Tai Chi and will emphasize the practice and cultivation of different exercises with a focus on building energy and health.

Potential benefits include improved balance, range of motion, and core strength, in addition to pain management and decreased stress and anxiety. Jason is the founder and owner of Maine Center for Taijiquan & Qigong. He teaches throughout Southern Maine.
