Yoga for Balance + Stability – Virtual

In this workshop we will practice yoga poses that combine balance and stability to help build focus, coordination, alignment and strength. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing. No previous yoga experience required.

Led by Tish Caldwell, Movement + Fitness Coordinator, this class is open anyone registered for services at the Dempsey Center – cancer patients, caregivers, survivors, friends, and family.
