Yoga for Neck, Shoulders, + Upper Back – Virtual

This class will provide you with movement and postures to un-lock chronic tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back all while using items found in your own home. Postures during the class will be reclined, seated, and standing. Participants will need a sturdy chair; 4 – 5 neatly folded bath towels, 2 yoga blocks (or 2 rectangular item of the same size), a yoga strap (or bathrobe belt, neck tie), and a yoga mat. If possible, mats should be placed with the short end against a wall.

Led by Holly Hofmann, a Certified Yoga Instructor since 1992. Her approach to yoga is practical and therapeutic, and her teaching encourages patience, humor, and kindness as the body naturally unfolds.
