Connect + Experience: Good Nature, Music, + Movement [Off-Site]

Overview

A feel-good outdoor experience to lift spirits as spring joins us in Maine. We will invite bare feet in the grass, rhythmic movement, and singing along if it’s your vibe. Bring a lawn chair! The YMCA’s pavilion will be available with limited seating space.

Led by special guest and local musician, Ron Bergeron, we’ll spend the afternoon listening to music and following Dempsey Center staff member, Liz Como for guided gentle movement. Connect + Experience: Good Nature, Good Music + Good Movement will be held outdoors in Auburn (Stetson Rd) at the Y’s Outdoor Learning and Education Center.
