Discover the healing power of restful sleep with yoga! In this special one-hour session, experience gentle movements suitable for both chair and yoga mat practice followed by a guided meditation designed to deeply relax your body and shift your nervous system from “fight or flight” to “relax and rest”. Ease tension and prepare yourself for a night of restful sleep.
No yoga experience required.
Led by Tish Caldwell, Dempsey Center’s Movement + Fitness Manager, Certified Oncology Yoga Instructor.
Open to all adult Dempsey Center clients.
