As we welcome the arrival of spring, join us for a soothing foot soak. We’ll explore the benefits of foot soaks, discuss precautions for certain conditions, and highlight their therapeutic advantages. You’ll also enjoy a brief self-foot massage. As you unwind, there will also be a short, guided imagery session to enhance your relaxation.
This activity is contraindicated for certain medical conditions. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.
