Do you have questions about navigating life post cancer treatment? Are you looking for ways to care for your physical and emotional well-being after treatment has ended? Do you want to connect with others who ‘get it’? The Next Chapter is a series of workshops designed to empower those who have completed treatment with knowledge, skills, and a safe space as they move through the next phase of their journey.
 
In this interactive class we will discuss massage, reiki, and acupuncture, the process, the benefits, and answer questions that you might have about each of these therapies.

Led by Liz Como, LMT.

Open to Dempsey Center clients post cancer treatment.
