Making Life Better for People Impacted by Cancer in Lewiston, Maine
Lewiston, Maine has been our hometown since our founding in 2008. After moving from our inaugural location in Central Maine Medical Center, the Dempsey Center moved to 29 Lowell Street, allowing us to expand our holistic support offerings. Today, the Dempsey Center is located in the Cancer Care Center at Central Maine Medical Center in 17 High Street.
This space, open to clients of any cancer treatment center, provides the same one-on-one support services provided at our other locations, several of our group offerings, and Movement + Fitness classes are provided nearby at 12 High Street. While we are located inside the Central Maine Healthcare Campus, we still continue to operate independently of the hospital system.
