Overview

Reducing the amount of inflammation in your body can help to lower risks of chronic disease including cancer, heart disease, and more. Together in this workshop, we will learn what an anti-inflammatory diet consists of, including foods that help reduce and foods that may promote inflammation. Enjoy a food demo with recipes that can easily be recreated at home.
