IT Volunteer – Hardware Support

Looking for a flexible way to give back while using your tech skills? Join us as an IT Volunteer, serving our Westbrook and Lewiston locations for just 4–6 hours per month in our Lewiston and Westbrook Centers. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our organization running smoothly by managing and maintaining essential technology equipment. Working alongside our Managed IT Service Provider and reporting to the CFOO, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission through reliable, well-managed technology. This opportunity is perfect for someone with intermediate IT skills who enjoys practical problem-solving and making a tangible impact.

Lead Garden Volunteer

Passionate about gardening and looking to make a meaningful impact? Join the Dempsey Center as a Kennebunkport Lead Garden Volunteer and help cultivate a thriving, welcoming garden that supports our Nutrition Programming and overall mission. With a flexible commitment of 4-6 hours per week during the growing season, you’ll take a hands-on role in planting, maintaining, and harvesting garden spaces while also guiding and coordinating fellow volunteers. Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, collaborating with others, and fostering a positive, healing space, this role blends leadership, teamwork, and a love of nature into a rewarding volunteer experience.

Movement + Fitness Volunteer

Join us as an M+F Volunteer and play a key role in supporting our Wednesday morning and afternoon movement & fitness classes at our Westbrook Center. This flexible role can be filled by one dedicated volunteer or shared across multiple volunteers in different time slots, making it easy to fit into your schedule. You’ll assist with setting up and breaking down equipment and spaces, helping ensure each class runs smoothly and efficiently. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, can lift up to 25 pounds, and likes being part of a positive, community-focused environment.
