Join us for an introductory class on Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), commonly referred to as Tapping. EFT is a simple, calming practice that combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with mindful awareness. This technique can help ease anxiety, manage stress and support emotional well-being. This introductory class will teach you the basic tapping points, how the technique works, and guide you through simple practice rounds. No prior experience needed- just a willingness to explore a supportive tool for healing.
