Experience a serene session of guided meditation and restorative massage. Allow yourself to be guided through tranquil meditation while our massage therapists offer soothing hand, foot, back, and neck massage. This distinctive blend provides an opportunity for deep relaxation, comfort, and rejuvenation.

Open to adult Dempsey Center clients.
