Overview

Are you struggling with “chemo brain” or brain fog?
If you’re dealing with a cancer diagnosis or undergoing treatment, you might be experiencing word-finding difficulties, trouble with focus, or problems with memory—all are common side effects many people with cancer face.
This 6-week program is designed to help you manage changes in memory and cognitive function. Together, we’ll explore strategies to improve focus, sharpen memory, and generally reduce the effects of “chemo brain.” Join us and discover ways to increase mental clarity during your cancer journey.
Led by Thomas Miller Ph.D., QBISP of Goodwill Northern New England NeuroRehab Services.
Open to all adult Dempsey Center clients.
