Whether you’re curious about aromatherapy or simply looking for a peaceful afternoon of connection and conversation, we invite you to join us for a relaxing cup of tea as we explore the role of aromatherapy in supportive cancer care. We’ll learn about essential oils that have been studied for their potential to promote relaxation, ease stress and anxiety, support restful sleep, and enhance overall well-being. Together, we’ll experience a selection of gentle aromatics and discuss the current research on how they may complement conventional cancer care by supporting comfort and quality of life.
