Overview
Learn simple mindfulness skills in this four-week series that, with regular practice, have been scientifically proven to enhance health and well-being. Each week we will explore the basic foundations of building a mindfulness practice through formal and informal meditation, the body-mind connection, and the role of stress when coping with life events and pain. Whether you are new to “mindfulness” of have been a long-time practitioner, all levels are welcome. No experience is necessary.
