Learn the basics of Reiki in this Level 1 class. Explore energy principles, hand positions, and techniques for self-healing and treating others. No experience needed—ideal for beginners seeking personal growth and stress relief. Participants will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate at the end of the class.

Open to adult Dempsey Center clients.
