Overview
Welcome the quiet beauty of winter and reconnect with your inner light through the calming, creative practice of painting stones. This soothing workshop invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace winter’s themes of rest, resilience, and gentle illumination.
Through a guided mindfulness moment, you’ll reflect on what brings warmth to your life during this season—whether it’s a person, a practice, a memory, or a spark of hope you’re carrying forward. You’ll then create your own Winter Light Stone, hand-painted with colors, words, and symbols that represent comfort, clarity, and inner strength.
Each stone becomes a personal reminder that even in the quiet and stillness of winter, light persists—and so do you. No artistic experience needed. Just come as you are, connect with your creative spirit, and leave with a sense of calm, warmth, and resilience.
Open to adult Dempsey Center clients.
