Fall Wellness Retreat: Before + After [Rock Row]

Overview
Many people impacted by cancer can define a clear ‘before’ and ‘after’; the pivotal moment when cancer entered your life. While we may not ever be able to go back to the way things were, we can move forward with intention, creating anew, while discovering what became lost along the way.
Please join us for this community-building opportunity to design a mosaic of your new you, or now you. Both fine and gross motor skills will be employed during this activity as we engage in expressive arts and gentle movement.
